Turmeric (Curcuma longa rhizomes), which is commonly used as a spice is well documented for its medicinal properties in Indian and Chinese systems of medicine. It has been widely used for the treatment of several diseases. Epidemiological observations suggest that turmeric consumption may reduce the risk of some form of cancers and render other protective biological effects in humans. The curcumin is one kind of phenol material in nature, which is is helpful specially to the liver disease's prevention and the treatment. Curcumin 's oxidation resistance ability is Vitamin 1.60 times that of Vitamin, is 2.33 times that of flavanone class oxidant, is 2.75 times that of Vitamin C. The Curcumin and the derivative can be served as food colorants, diuresis, antibacterial and so on. It can be used treat cancer, and it is good for the stomach.

Range of use: condiments, pickled food, sweets, ice-creams, jellies,carbonated drinks, curry products, flour products, cream, noodles, edible fats, and Pharmaceutical stuff etc.
Method of use: Weigh desired amount of the product in stainless steel or glass containers, add proper amount of solvents and mix them well, pour into the batching bottle, stir well and it is ready for use.
Note:
· Iron ions may easily cause its change of color.
· This product shall not be stored or placed with ferrous products.
· This product shall not be placed with other poisonous and hazardous substances.
· The product shall be consumed as soon as possible after being unpacked; otherwise it needs to be sealed to avoid damp.
